3rd East Hills is designed in a circular fashion with a center park and pavilion area at its core, and all residential buildings surrounding the park setting with benches, picnic tables, grills, mailbox area and a large grassy recreational area for sports and games. The comfortable environment and user friendly features are conducive to family cookouts and community socialization. The entire community is accented by lovely landscaped areas creating a peaceful and well maintained environment. The pavilion overlooks the park that is planted with perennials plants, scrubs and colorful ornamental trees that line the park and are in bloom from early spring to until the first hard frost and year round appeal.
